1Once your order has shipped
When your parcel is dispatched, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a link to track it. The link opens a live status page for your parcel — no login required. If it isn’t in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder; it’s sent from the same address as your order confirmation.
2Before it ships
The tracking email goes out when your order ships, not when you place it, so there may be a wait before it lands. Most orders arrive within 8–13 days. Tracking can also show nothing for the first day or two after you get the link, while the parcel works through its first scan.
3Can’t find the email?
Email contact@orivra.co.uk with the name and postcode on the order and we’ll send your tracking link over. If you checked out as a guest there’s no account to log into — just email us and we’ll look it up.
4If it’s taking too long
Past 13 days and nothing has arrived? Email us with your order number and we’ll look into it straight away. The full detail is in our shipping policy.
