SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Automatic Refills
Automatic Refills is our subscription. It's optional: the box on the product page is never ticked for you. When you tick it and complete checkout, your first order is the bundle you chose, and after that we'll send 1 jar every month and take payment each month, until you cancel.

What you'll pay
Your first order is the bundle you choose: one jar in it is your first refill and the others are a normal purchase. Buy 2 and Buy 3 discounts apply to that whole first order, so today you pay £20.00 for 1 jar, £40.50 for 2 jars or £56.00 for 3 jars. After that, you get 1 jar every month at £20.00 (20% off the full price), whichever bundle you started with. Bundle discounts don't apply to later refills. These are UK prices; if you shop from outside the UK, the prices in your currency are shown before you order. Your first order ships free if it's £40 or more (2 or 3 jars). The delivery charge for a 1-jar first order and for each monthly refill is shown at checkout before you subscribe.

When you're charged
Your first payment is taken when you place your order, and that order ships straight away. After that you're charged £20.00 plus any delivery charge once a month, on the same date, using the payment method you checked out with, and each refill ships after payment.

No minimum term: skip or cancel anytime
There's no minimum number of deliveries. You can skip a delivery or cancel from your account (sign in with the email you ordered with), or by emailing contact@orivra.co.uk with your order number. If you cancel before your next charge date, you won't be charged again. Cancelling doesn't affect any refill that has already been charged.

Your right to cancel
You can cancel the subscription within 14 days of receiving your first delivery and get a refund, as set out in our Refund policy. Our Refund policy, including the 90-day money-back guarantee, applies to each refill in the same way as to any other order.

Price changes
If the refill price ever changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before the first charge at the new price, so you have time to skip or cancel first if you'd rather.

Payment problems
If a payment fails, we'll try again and email you. If it still can't be taken, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment details.
